1. Please place your show order at least 2 weeks before a show date.  See "Retail Show Schedule" for show dates!  If you place your show order within 2 weeks before a show date we may not be able to deliver your show order to the show.  We will do our best to fulfill your order & email the status of your order.
2. Choose the items you want to order on our site & place them in your cart.
3. Minimum order is $25.00.
4. Please note that some items are for "Store Pickup Only" and will not be available for "Show Pickup" orders.  If you have any questions about items that are for "Store Pickup Only" please contact us.
5. If you want to include special instructions with your order you may go to your cart and write a message in the "Special instructions" field in the bottom left of your cart. 
6. In checkout you will need to create an account if you are a new customer. Please add your information.
7. In checkout select the shipping method that is for the show location you will be attending.
8. Apply online coupon code if available?  If there are any valid online coupons they will be found under promotions in our main menu or on the main page of our site?   If your order qualifies to use an online coupon you may copy and paste it or type it into the "Gift card or discount" field in checkout to receive the promotion!  See online coupons for details.
9. Show coupons are not redeemable for online purchases.  They are redeemable for purchases made directly @ shows only.
10. Apply any valid gift card code you may have into the "Gift card or discount" field in checkout to receive your gift card balance applied to your order.
11. Enter your card information & pay for your order by credit/debit card.  If you prefer to pay in cash @ a show please select "COD" as the payment method.  If you choose "COD" as a payment method you must pay in cash @ the show as card payments will not be accepted for online orders delivered to shows.
12. You will be notified by email once your order is ready to be delivered to the show location.  Show orders will be available for pickup in our booth during all show hours.
13. Please print off your online order and have it ready for verification when you pickup your order. If you selected "COD" as the payment method please bring cash as payment for your order.
